Standard and Customized tours:

A Deposit of $250 per person is required 60 days prior to departure

For late booking within 45 days of departure full payment is required. An additional payment of $50 per person will be charged for rush handling.

44 to 15 days 25% of tour cost

14 to 5 days 40% of Tour cost

4 to one day 60% of Tour cost

On/after departure date 100% of Tour Cost + additional charges imposed by airlines/land suppliers/hotels.

Air only: Fare rule + additional $50.00

Revision Charges: Handling fee of $75 in addition to all airline/supplier revision fees.

Full payment of Air is required at time of booking.
